Fishing Trips for Walleye and Northern Pike on Lesser Slave Lake
Lesser
Slave Lake is a massive body of water covering about 1160 square
kilometers. The estimated annual harvest of Walleye in this lake is
200,000 pounds. The lake is also abundant with Northern Pike,
Whitefish, and Burbot. This is one of the few lakes left in Alberta,
where you can actually keep the Walleye that you catch.

Adventure Alberta will provide you with
an experienced fishing guide on a large stable boat for a Slave Lake
Fishing Adventure. We can take up to 10 people on the boat and there
is room for 6 people fishing at once. The boat is equipped with fish
finder and fishing gear for 6.
Adventure Alberta can get you preferred
rates on hotel rooms and meals if you would like a package deal. The
rooms and or meal packages can be combined with any of the trips.

Quad in Overnight Fishing Trips for Rainbow Trout on Jessie Lake
For the more
adventurous traveler and fisherman, experience the thrill of a half
day ATV trip through the vast Boreal Forests of Northern Alberta, on
your journey to a secluded Rainbow Trout lake.
Jessie Lake is
a small isolated lake approximately 25km from the nearest road. It is accessible
only by ATV or Float Plane, so you usually have the whole lake to
yourself. This crystal clear water is abundant with Rainbow Trout.
Camping gear must be
kept to a minimum as it has to fit on the ATV's. If you are looking
for a real fishing adventure trip, this is it.
We leave from the
town of Slave Lake and travel by truck for 1 1/2 hours to the
staging area. From there we travel by ATV for the rest of the trip
(approximately 3 to 4 hours), depending on weather and
trail conditions.
Adventure Alberta
supplies fully automatic ATV's,
fuel, helmets, and the truck transportation from Slave Lake to the
staging area. If you don't have tents and bedrolls, they can be
provided also for an additional charge.
Trips run from
mid May to Mid September.
